Play Tables to stand a chance to WIN Your share of Cash & +Play

 

Top Of The Tables promotion will take place between 8 February – 22 March 2025. Participants play Tables games during the on ticketed earning dates and times for entry tickets.  When a guest hit one of the following winning combinations they will receive one entry ticket. Entry ticket earning will take place on the Fridays & Saturdays before the draw from 6pm-9pm as specified on the marketing material on site.

 

Winning combinations will be the following:

Roulette – 1 x Straight up on the days date

Blackjack – Blackjack of the same suit

Extreme Poker – 3 of a kind or higher

UTH Poker – Straight or higher

Tsogo Rewards Cardholders will be issued with complimentary tickets based on play and tier status for throughout the promotion period.

 

The complimentary tickets per tier will be as follows:

10-Tier = 1 ticket

J-Tier = 2 tickets

Q-Tier = 3 tickets

K-Tier = 4 tickets

A = 5 tickets

The selected Tsogo Rewards Members will print the complimentary entry tickets at the e-host on draw days from  13h00 – 21h00 and present it at tables to receive entries into the draw.

 

Ticket earning period & Draw dates are as follows:

The tables draw takes place every second Saturday at 22h00.

Cash and +play draws takes place every second Saturday at 22h00. 8 tickets will be drawn. The selected finalist will win their share of R30,000 in cash and R30,000 in Non-Negotiable Credits (+Play exclusive to Tables)

 

Prize Allocation is as follows:

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. This promotion is exclusive to Hemingways Casino Cardholders.
  3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  4. This is a Tables promotion.
  5. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  6. A win at the Top of Tables promotion strictly constitutes the following combinations:
  • American Roulette – Chip on the days date
  • Blackjack – Blackjack of the same suit
  • Poker – Three of a kind or Higher
  • UTH Poker – Straight or higher
  1. Guests with winning combinations win multiple times on promotion days.
  2. Rewards Card Holders will be issued with complimentary tickets based on play and tier status for each draw throughout the promotion period. The complimentary tickets per tier will be as follows:
    1. 10-Tier  = 1 ticket
    2. J-Tier = 2 tickets
    3. Q-Tier = 3 tickets
    4. K-Tier = 4 tickets
    5. A = 5 tickets
  1. The promotion will run for the dates advertised. Authorized representatives or a participant shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the participants they represent.
  2. Patrons can only be drawn once on a draw evening.
  3. All Participants are required to be present at the draws (car and cash and prize draws)
  4. Provided that a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant must nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management. Nomination forms will be available at the Customer Services Desk from the opening and closing times for the electronic entry bin.
  5. Authorized representatives or a participant shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
  6. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
  7. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item(s) unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  8. Participants or duly authorized representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, and must produce the valid ticket entry and positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s License/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino, Hemingways Casino Rewards card of the individual that they are representing and any other details as required. A redraw will occur should participants not present themselves within 90 seconds
  9. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner nominating a representative to act on their behalf, a re-draw will take place.
  10. Should the prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of nominating a representative to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within15 days of the draw claim the prize.
  11. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
  12. All decisions are final and binding, no correspondence or appeals will be entered into; any complaints arising at the event will be investigated and forwarded to the ECGBB for investigation and final decision.
  13. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
  14. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  15. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  16. Surveillance specialist, Security & Marketing will audit the draws.
