The surprise and delight activations will take place every second Saturday between 18h00 to 21h00 from 30 August to 25 October 2024. Ticket earning for the draw will take place every second Friday and Saturday with the draw taking place on Saturday at 22h00.

Patrons need the following winning combinations in order to receive entry tickets into the draw. Entry ticket earning will take place on Fridays & Saturdays before the draw from 18h00 – 21h00 as specified on the marketing material on site.

 

Winning combinations will be the following:

Roulette – 1 x Straight up on the day’s date

Blackjack – Blackjack of the same suit

Poker – 3 of a kind or higher

Rewards Card Holders will be issued with complimentary tickets based on play and tier status for each draw throughout the promotion period.

 

The complimentary tickets per tier will be as follows:

10-Tier  = 1 ticket

J-Tier = 2 tickets

Q-Tier = 3 tickets

K-Tier = 4 tickets

A- Tier = 5 tickets

8 selected patrons will win a share of R40 000 cash and R20 000 in Non-Negotiable Credits (+Play exclusive to Tables)—winners to be drawn at 22h00.

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. This promotion is exclusive to Hemingways Casino Cardholders.
  3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  4. This is a Tables promotion.
  5. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  6. A win at the Top of Tables promotion strictly constitutes the following combinations:
  • American Roulette – Chip on the days date
  • Blackjack – Blackjack of the same suit
  • Poker – Three of a kind or Higher
  1. Guests with winning combinations win multiple times on promotion days for ticket earning
  2. Guest may only be drawn once per night for the cash draw, if the guest has previously won another ticket will be drawn.
  3. Rewards Card Holders will be issued with complimentary tickets based on play and tier status for each draw throughout the promotion period. The complimentary tickets per tier will be as follows:
    1. 10-Tier  = 1 ticket
    2. J-Tier = 2 tickets
    3. Q-Tier = 3 tickets
    4. K-Tier = 4 tickets
    5. A = 5 tickets
  1. The promotion will run for the dates advertised. Authorized representatives or a participant shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the participants they represent.
  2. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised.
  3. This is an attendance draw and all participants must be present to be eligible to win. Contestants have 90 seconds to present themselves once called. Should the contestant not present themselves within 90 seconds, a redraw will be held.
  4. All decisions are final and binding, no correspondence or appeals will be entered into; any complaints arising at the event will be investigated and forwarded to the ECGBB for investigation and final decision.
  5. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified
  6. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
  7. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  8. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
